Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Gameplan platform ("Service"). By accessing or using Gameplan, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP is designed to protect our community of athletes, fans, and supporters, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and payment processing requirements. Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the Gameplan platform:

2.1 Adult and Sexual Content

Gameplan prohibits all forms of adult content, including but not limited to: nudity, explicit sexual content, sexually suggestive material, pornography, live adult chat or cam services, sexual solicitation, and any content depicting sexual acts or intended to arouse sexual excitement. This includes both real and digitally generated or AI-generated content.

2.2 Copyright Infringement and Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not upload, distribute, or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes but is not limited to: leaked content from other platforms or creators, pirated media (videos, music, images, software), unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted works, content that violates trademarks or trade secrets, and any material distributed without the rights holder's permission. Gameplan complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.

2.3 Violent Extremism and Terrorism

Content that promotes, supports, or glorifies violent extremism, terrorism, or terrorist organizations is strictly prohibited. This includes recruitment materials, propaganda, incitement to violence, celebration of violent acts, and content that provides instructions for carrying out acts of violence or terrorism.

2.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Gameplan does not tolerate hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. This includes slurs, dehumanizing language, calls for exclusion or segregation, and conspiracy theories targeting protected groups.

2.5 Illegal Goods and Services

Users may not use Gameplan to advertise, sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of illegal goods or services. This includes but is not limited to: controlled substances and illegal drugs, prescription medications without proper authorization, stolen property, counterfeit goods, weapons or explosives (where prohibited by law), and any products or services that violate applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

2.6 Fraud and Scams

Fraudulent activity of any kind is prohibited. This includes: misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization, operating pyramid schemes or Ponzi schemes, phishing or social engineering attacks, deceptive fundraising or crowdfunding campaigns, fake endorsements or testimonials, and any activity designed to deceive other users or extract money or personal information under false pretenses.

2.7 Gambling

Gameplan may not be used to operate, promote, or facilitate gambling activities. This includes online casinos, sports betting services, lottery schemes, fantasy sports with cash prizes (where regulated as gambling), and any other games of chance involving real money or cryptocurrency wagers.

2.8 Drug and Substance Sales

The sale, promotion, or distribution of controlled substances, recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, or unapproved pharmaceutical products is strictly prohibited. This includes cannabis products in jurisdictions where they remain illegal, synthetic drugs, performance-enhancing drugs marketed for sale, and any substance regulated under applicable drug control laws.

2.9 Financial Services Misuse

Users may not use Gameplan to offer unauthorized financial services, including: unregistered securities offerings, unlicensed money transmission or money laundering, unauthorized investment advice, cryptocurrency pump-and-dump schemes, and any financial activity that requires regulatory licensing that the user does not possess. Gameplan is a platform for athlete support and content, not a financial services provider.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the content restrictions above, the following conduct is prohibited on Gameplan:

• Harassing, bullying, intimidating, or threatening other users
• Doxxing or sharing another person's private information without consent
• Impersonating athletes, coaches, or other public figures
• Creating multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the platform
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Service
• Exploiting minors in any way
• Encouraging or instructing others to violate this policy

4. Enforcement and Content Removal

Gameplan reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates this Acceptable Use Policy at our sole discretion. We may remove content without prior notice if we determine it poses an immediate risk to the safety of our users or the integrity of the platform. We assess reports and signals using the information available to us and may use trained reviewers or service providers where appropriate.

Gameplan also reserves the right to report illegal content or activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities when required by law or when we believe it is necessary to protect the safety of our users or the public.

5. Account Termination

Gameplan reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates this policy. Termination may occur immediately and without prior notice in cases of severe violations, including but not limited to: posting illegal content, engaging in fraud, distributing content that exploits minors, or any activity that poses a significant risk to user safety or platform integrity.

Upon account termination for policy violations, access to the Service will be revoked immediately. Any pending payouts may be withheld in accordance with applicable law and our Terms of Service. Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations may be prohibited from creating new accounts on the platform.

6. Enforcement Approach

We choose an action based on the nature and severity of the violation, the available evidence, the user's history, and the risk to other people or the Service. Actions may include a warning, content removal, feature restrictions, a temporary suspension, withholding or reversing a transaction where legally permitted, or permanent account termination.

Repeated violations may lead to stronger action. Serious conduct, including fraud, exploitation of minors, credible threats, or illegal activity, may lead to immediate restriction or termination without a prior warning.

7. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, email support@gameplan.io. Include your account email, the content or conduct at issue, and any facts you want us to consider. We will review the available information and tell you the outcome when the review is complete.

An appeal does not guarantee that content or account access will be restored. Restrictions may remain in effect while we review an appeal.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or conduct that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at support@gameplan.io. Please include as much detail as possible, including links to the content, screenshots if available, and a description of the violation. All reports are reviewed confidentially, and we will not disclose your identity to the reported user without your consent unless required by law.

9. Changes to This Policy

Gameplan reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
