Gameplan is built for athletes, fans, and supporters who share a passion for sports and athletic excellence. These Community Guidelines exist to keep our platform safe, respectful, and inspiring for everyone. By using Gameplan, you agree to follow these guidelines alongside our Acceptable Use Policy, which provides the full legal terms governing platform conduct.

1. Be Respectful

Gameplan is a community rooted in sportsmanship and mutual respect. We expect all members, athletes and fans alike, to treat each other with dignity.

Engage in constructive and encouraging interactions.
Disagree respectfully. Spirited debate about sports is welcome; personal attacks are not.
Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Do not use hate speech or discriminatory language targeting anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
Respect the privacy of others. Do not share anyone's personal information without their consent.

2. Share Authentic Content

Authenticity is at the heart of Gameplan. Athletes build their profiles on real stories, real training, and real connections with their supporters.

Only post content that is genuinely yours or that you have explicit permission to share.
Do not impersonate other athletes, coaches, public figures, or organizations.
Do not create misleading content or make false claims about your identity, achievements, or affiliations.
Subscriber content should reflect the value promised in each subscription tier.
Do not use deceptive practices to artificially inflate engagement, followers, or subscriber counts.

3. Protect Others' Work

Respect intellectual property and the creative work of others.

Do not upload, share, or distribute copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder.
Do not leak or redistribute exclusive content from other platforms or creators.
Do not share pirated videos, music, images, or software.
If you believe your intellectual property has been used without permission on Gameplan, contact us at support@gameplan.io to file a report.
Repeated copyright violations will result in account action under our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. No Prohibited Content

Do not post or promote:

Adult or sexually explicit content
Violent extremism or terrorism
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Illegal goods or services, including drugs and controlled substances
Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes

Unauthorized financial services or investment schemes
Content that exploits or endangers minors

5. Reporting Violations

If you see something on Gameplan that violates these guidelines or our Acceptable Use Policy, please let us know. Your reports help us keep the community safe.

Email us at support@gameplan.io with details of the content or behavior you are reporting.
Include links, screenshots, or any other information that will help our team investigate.
All reports are reviewed confidentially. We will not share your identity with the reported user unless required by law.
We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.

6. Consequences

We respond according to the nature and severity of the violation, the evidence available, the user's history, and the risk to others. We may issue a warning, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or permanently terminate an account. Serious violations may lead to immediate action.
