Gameplan product guide
Who handles the business while you train?
Gameplan is an AI agent that runs a professional athlete's business: inbox, brand opportunities, community and member retention. Athletes sell private communities, courses and access through a public profile at gameplan.io/<slug>. The public profile and private community are separate.
What work can the manager handle?
The manager uses your career, preferences and business context to help manage incoming messages, prepare brand outreach and support your community. Your dashboard brings the business information together, and connected messaging channels let you discuss the work with your manager.
These workflows depend on account setup and activation. Confirm which channels and workflows are enabled for your account before relying on them.
- Inbox: routine replies and intake under configured rules, with important commitments held for approval.
- Brand opportunities: research, draft outreach and responses using relevant profile information.
- Community: help identify retention patterns and prepare relevant next steps.
- Business context: use your preferences and career information to prepare work around your priorities.
What needs your approval?
New brand outreach and consequential commitments involving fees, deliverables, dates or usage rights require approval before sending. Routine inbox replies can run under the configured rules; every reply is not held for review.
Gameplan does not publish to your external social accounts. Drafts prepared for those accounts are for you to publish yourself. Brand research and draft outreach do not guarantee a sponsor or a signed deal.
How does the profile fit in?
Your public profile introduces you, links to your external accounts and shows available offers. It is the link you share with your audience. The private community, its chat and protected content are separate from that public profile.
Gameplan is built for athletes across all sports. Sport coverage does not establish payment eligibility in every country. Confirm account features and commercial terms with the team before launching.
How to start
Create your athlete account, prepare a complete public profile and define your first offer. Then confirm the manager workflows and approval boundaries enabled for your account. Decide what the manager should handle and which decisions you want to review.
