Platform Compliance & Oversight

1. Scope

Gameplan provides athlete profiles, business tools, communities, subscriptions, courses, digital content, payments, and AI manager features. Athletes control their offers and content. Gameplan operates the supporting technology, access controls, transaction records, reporting tools, and platform policies.

2. Policies

Use of Gameplan is governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, Tipping Policy, and DMCA process. Enforcement depends on the facts, severity, user history, safety risk, payment risk, and legal obligations.

3. Reports and moderation

Users can report content, behavior, payment concerns, or suspected infringement through the available product controls or by emailing support. Authorized operators can review reports, relevant account and content records, prior actions, and transaction context. Automated tools may help identify or prioritize potential problems, but a flag is not proof of a violation.

We may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend an account, preserve evidence, contact affected users, or refer a matter to a provider or authority when reasonably necessary. Urgent safety and child-protection reports receive priority. We do not promise a fixed review time or a rigid strike sequence.

4. Athlete onboarding

Gameplan may review athlete identity, public profile information, offer suitability, and payment readiness before enabling public or paid features. Verification depends on the feature and payment flow. Some athletes complete Stripe Connect onboarding; others use an approved manual payout arrangement. We do not claim that every athlete uses the same KYC or payout path.

5. Payments and records

Stripe processes supported payments. A transaction may be processed on the Gameplan platform account or through a connected athlete account. The checkout and receipt identify the seller or merchant of record. Gameplan keeps the transaction, entitlement, refund, dispute, fee, and payout records needed to fulfill purchases and reconcile athlete earnings.

Payment webhooks are authenticated and processed idempotently. Access and ledgers are updated from verified payment events rather than browser redirects. Some payouts use Stripe Connect and some are recorded after manual settlement. Details are governed by the relevant athlete agreement and transaction record.

6. Privacy and security

Access to administrative, payment, course, community, inbox, and agent data is restricted by role and authorization checks. Gameplan uses signed callbacks, encrypted transport, restricted credentials, audit records, and incident logging. Our Privacy Policy explains the data categories, providers, international processing, retention, analytics choices, and user rights.

7. Appeals and cooperation

A user may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing support with the account, affected content, and reason the decision should be reconsidered. We review available evidence and may uphold, change, or reverse the action. We cooperate with payment providers, lawful government requests, and valid court or regulatory processes.
