Gameplan product guide

A public profile to join. A private community to belong.

Your Gameplan profile at gameplan.io/<slug> introduces you and shows your available offers. Your private community is a separate members-only area reached after joining.

What is public and what is private?

Your public profile can show your name, bio, social links and offer descriptions. Community chat, its feed and protected content belong in the members-only area. Course lessons are also separate from their public offer description.

Describe what each offer includes. A course purchase and a community subscription should not be presented as interchangeable unless that access is explicitly included in the offer.

What helps members stay?

Make one clear promise about what members receive and how often you can deliver it. Choose a rhythm you can maintain through training and competitions. Ask members what is useful and act on patterns rather than a single cancellation.

Where enabled, Gameplan's manager supports retention by looking at community and membership signals and preparing relevant next steps. These workflows do not guarantee a retention rate or recurring revenue.

What work stays with the athlete?

You define the offer, provide the promised access and decide what you want to share. Gameplan provides the operating tools around the community. Payment problems and subscription mechanics should go to platform support rather than becoming a task for the athlete to chase a member.

How to launch a focused offer

Revenue and retention depend on your audience, delivery and the actual offer. Treat estimates as scenarios, not expected results.

  • Define the member you want to help and one benefit you can sustain.
  • Prepare a complete public profile and an accurate offer description.
  • Confirm account availability and commercial terms before launch.
  • Share the public profile with your audience and review membership trends over time.
